First, you want to signup for a Business account, not one of the others.  Here's some of the business account features:

• You do business under your business, company, or group name;
• 24-hour fraud surveliiance;
• PayPal Customer service availablity;
• All Merchant services;
• You will accept credit and debit card payments;
• You'll get a PayPal ATM/Debit Card;
• It will allow multiple people in your company to access your PayPal account, as you see fit.

Continue with the tour. After we introduce you to the PayPal signup process, you'll go to PayPal and signup. Then you'll return to Web Studio and immediately start building your online store!
