If you email me, I'll be glad to give all the coordinate numbers in making this template. It's all about using the Object at the top on the Web Studio toolbar.

Right click and save color swatch to your hard drive. Take into Web Studio and "stretch" it by clicking on it and grabbing the handles to create this look.

You can always make the template longer so your content will fit perfectly.
