Click on any thumbnail to see the actual template in your browser.
Click the text link to download the template of your choice. When the download starts, choose Save, and save into "My Documents". When the download completes, go to the Page menu in Web Studio and choose Open Page. The template will be opened as a new page in your website, and you can then right-click and choose to add it to the templates gallery.
