Important Note:
Some customers have purchased the upgrade version of our
product instead of the retail version in order to save money. However, the
upgrade version looks for either 3.0 or 2.0 on your machine before it
installs. If it doesn't find the older version it will not install. There
will be be a $5.00 tranaction fee for customers who request a refund when
they have mistakenly purchased an upgrade version instead of the retail
version. Please make sure you are purchasing the correct version.
