Web Studio Technical and Customer Support

We believe that our job is to see to it that your website becomes live on the internet, not just sell you some software. To that end, we offer support that spans the spectrum of what's necessary to succeed on the web.

We offer free telephone support with live people who know the program inside out and do not read from a script in a corporate support manual. Not only do they know Web Studio inside out, they know the web inside out. They know what's hot and what's not; What products work, which don't. They know their stuff.

We offer free email support for those who can wait a bit longer. Each email is automatically entered into our support database, assigned a case number, and assigned to a support engineer. Our system minimizes lost support requests and maximizes success for you.

Our website's Resource menu contains a wealth of information to help you with your site. Remember, it isn't just using Web Studio, it is getting your site online and working for you that is our goal. To that end, we have info to get your started, lists of FAQs gathered over the 10 years of Web Studios existence, articles on optimizing your site for better search engine rankings (info that can save you tens of thousands of dollars for top rankings on Google), archives of our newsletters for the past years, a link to our blog where we share our thoughts and experiences with our business and with our site, various articles written by experts in the web field, and much more.

We also have one of the best rated tech support forums in the webstudio forum. This forum has been around since 1998. It is staffed by extremely knowledgeable people who also have been around since 1998 with us, others more recently. There are over 90,000 messages and thousands of members. Our forum specializes in helping the integration of third party products with Web Studio. It also provides an incredible service we've not seen anywhere, site-checks, where our people and other forum members check out your site to see how well it is designed, how long it takes to download, how well it works on other browsers, on other computer types, and more. The forum is "G" rated and isn't subjected to the "flaming" many online forums tolerate.

The Web Studio Documentation included in the program's Help menu as a PDF file in the download and 30 day trial versions and as a printed book in the Deluxe and higher versions, contains over 250 pages with 27 chapters. It is written first as a tutorial, and then as a reference manual illustrating how to do everything Web Studio can do.

The Web Studio Video Tutorials are included in the Deluxe and higher version of the program. They include Flash movies illustrating visually how to do everything described in the manual.

With our best in the business support your website will be come the reality you need it to be.
